Title 8 — Controlled Substances
§ 8.01 — Schedules and quantity rules
For roleplay purposes, one item unit is treated as one gram unless the item definition states otherwise. Actual administrators may rebalance quantities without altering the offense elements.
| Category | Common RP examples | Treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Regulated cannabis | Marijuana flower, edible cannabis, cannabis concentrate | Adult possession up to 28 grams is lawful; public use and unlicensed sale remain regulated. |
| Schedule I | Heroin, illicit fentanyl analogues, LSD, other substances designated as having extreme abuse risk and no approved use | Strictly controlled; possession and distribution prohibited except authorized research/evidence. |
| Schedule II | Cocaine, methamphetamine, oxycodone, fentanyl, amphetamine products | High abuse risk; lawful only by prescription or professional authority. |
| Schedule III | Ketamine, anabolic steroids, codeine combinations, designated moderate-risk drugs | Lawful only by prescription or professional authority. |
| Schedule IV | Benzodiazepines, sedatives, designated lower-risk prescription drugs | Lawful only by prescription or professional authority. |
| Schedule V | Designated low-concentration prescription preparations | Possession must comply with prescription and dispensing rules. |
When a mixture contains a controlled substance, total mixture weight controls unless server item metadata supplies a pure-weight value. Packaging, scales, ledgers, large cash bundles, communications, and observed transactions may establish intent to distribute; quantity alone is not conclusive below a stated trafficking threshold.
