Chapter 2A — Homicide and fatal offenses

§ 2.01	Capital murder	LF	Intentionally causes death during terrorism, mass murder, murder for hire, or the intentional killing of a peace officer, judge, witness, or child under circumstances showing premeditation.
§ 2.02	Murder in the first degree	F1	Intentionally and with premeditation causes the death of another.
§ 2.03	Murder in the second degree	F2	Intentionally causes death without proven premeditation, or knowingly engages in conduct practically certain to cause death.
§ 2.04	Felony murder	F2	Causes a death during flight from or commission of kidnapping, robbery, burglary, arson, sexual assault, terrorism, or another inherently dangerous F2-or-higher felony.
§ 2.05	Voluntary manslaughter	F3	Intentionally causes death under adequate provocation or extreme emotional disturbance for which a reasonable explanation exists.
§ 2.06	Involuntary manslaughter	F4	Recklessly causes the death of another.
§ 2.07	Criminally negligent homicide	F5	Causes death through criminal negligence.
§ 2.08	Vehicular homicide	F4	Recklessly causes death through operation of a vehicle, vessel, or aircraft. Grade becomes F3 if DUI, racing, or fleeing police is a contributing cause.
§ 2.09	Aiding suicide	F4	Intentionally provides the means or direct assistance for another person’s suicide, excluding lawful end-of-life medical care recognized by server policy.

Chapter 2B — Assault, injury, and endangerment

§ 2.10	Offensive physical contact	M3	Knowingly makes unwanted insulting, provoking, or offensive physical contact without causing bodily injury.
§ 2.11	Simple assault	M2	Intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly causes bodily injury, or intentionally places another in reasonable fear of imminent bodily injury.
§ 2.12	Aggravated assault	F4	Causes serious bodily injury; uses a deadly weapon to cause or attempt bodily injury; or knowingly impedes breathing or circulation.
§ 2.13	Assault with intent to cause serious injury	F3	Intentionally causes or attempts serious bodily injury under circumstances showing that result was the actor’s objective.
§ 2.14	Assault on a protected person	One grade above underlying assault	Commits assault knowing the victim is a protected person performing or targeted because of protected duties. Maximum F2.
§ 2.15	Domestic assault	Same as underlying assault; minimum M1	Commits assault against a spouse, partner, co-parent, household member, or close family member. A protective order may issue.
§ 2.16	Assault by vehicle	F5	Intentionally or recklessly uses a vehicle to cause bodily injury. Serious injury is F3.
§ 2.17	Drive-by shooting	F2	Knowingly discharges a firearm from a vehicle toward a person, occupied structure, or occupied vehicle.
§ 2.18	Poisoning or adulteration	F3	Knowingly introduces poison, a harmful substance, or a concealed intoxicant into food, drink, medicine, or a public supply with intent to injure or incapacitate. Death may support homicide charges.
§ 2.19	Reckless endangerment	M1	Recklessly creates a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to another.
§ 2.20	Wanton endangerment with a deadly weapon	F5	Recklessly creates a substantial risk of death through use, display, discharge, or unsafe control of a deadly weapon.
§ 2.21	Criminal exposure to hazardous substance	F4	Knowingly exposes another without consent to a toxic, infectious, radioactive, or similarly dangerous substance in a manner likely to cause serious injury.
§ 2.22	Abandoning a person in danger	M1	Having created the danger or assumed care of a helpless person, knowingly abandons that person under circumstances risking serious injury.
§ 2.23	Failure to summon aid	M3	Knows another faces imminent serious harm and, while able to do so without danger, intentionally fails to notify emergency services after causing the harm or agreeing to provide care.
§ 2.24	Hazing	M1	As a condition of membership or status, intentionally or recklessly subjects a person to injury, dangerous consumption, confinement, humiliation involving criminal conduct, or substantial risk. Serious injury is F4.
§ 2.25	Unlawful medical practice causing injury	F4	Knowingly performs a medical procedure without required authority and causes bodily injury. Serious injury is F3.

Chapter 2C — Restraint, kidnapping, and human exploitation

§ 2.30	Unlawful restraint	M1	Knowingly and without legal authority substantially interferes with another’s liberty by force, threat, deception, or confinement.
§ 2.31	Kidnapping	F3	Abducts or secretly confines another with intent to hold, transport, terrorize, use as a shield, facilitate a felony, or interfere with government.
§ 2.32	Aggravated kidnapping	F2	Kidnapping involving ransom, a deadly weapon, serious injury, a child, a public servant, or confinement exceeding one substantial criminal episode.
§ 2.33	Hostage taking	F2	Seizes or detains a person and threatens harm to compel a third party or government to act or refrain from acting.
§ 2.34	Human trafficking	F1	Recruits, transports, obtains, or maintains a person through force, fraud, coercion, or abuse of vulnerability for compelled labor, services, or criminal activity.
§ 2.35	Smuggling of persons	F4	For financial benefit, knowingly transports or conceals a person to evade lawful immigration, custody, checkpoint, or border controls established in roleplay.
§ 2.36	Custodial interference	F5	Knowingly takes, keeps, or conceals a child or dependent person in violation of a custody order with intent to deprive the lawful custodian of access.

Chapter 2D — Sexual and privacy offenses

Community-safety rule: Sexual violence, sexual conduct involving minors, and non-consensual sexual scenarios should not be actively depicted in roleplay. These sections exist only for non-graphic reports, backstory approved by administration, and court records. Server rules control and may prohibit the subject entirely.

§ 2.40	Sexual assault	F2	Knowingly engages in sexual contact or conduct without legally effective consent.
§ 2.41	Aggravated sexual assault	F1	Sexual assault involving serious injury, kidnapping, a deadly weapon, multiple offenders, a victim incapable of consent, or abuse of official custody.
§ 2.42	Sexual contact by abuse of authority	F3	A public servant, corrections employee, medical provider, or custodian knowingly uses official authority or custody to obtain sexual contact.
§ 2.43	Indecent exposure	M1	Knowingly exposes intimate parts in public or to another without consent, for sexual gratification, alarm, or harassment.
§ 2.44	Voyeurism	F5	Knowingly observes, records, or transmits an image of a person in a private setting where that person reasonably expects privacy, without consent.
§ 2.45	Non-consensual intimate-image distribution	F4	Knowingly distributes or threatens to distribute an intimate image without consent and with intent to harm, coerce, or obtain value.

Chapter 2E — Family, children, elders, and vulnerable persons

§ 2.50	Child abuse	F4	Intentionally or recklessly causes bodily injury, cruel punishment, or substantial emotional harm to a child. Serious injury is F2.
§ 2.51	Child neglect	F5	A responsible caregiver knowingly or through criminal negligence fails to provide necessary supervision, food, shelter, protection, or medical care, creating substantial risk.
§ 2.52	Child endangerment	M1	Knowingly places a child in circumstances posing a substantial risk of bodily injury, including unsafe access to weapons, narcotics, or dangerous vehicles.
§ 2.53	Abandonment of a child or dependent adult	F4	A responsible caregiver deserts a child or dependent adult without safe care under circumstances risking serious harm.
§ 2.54	Abuse of an elder or dependent adult	F4	Intentionally or recklessly causes injury, deprivation, intimidation, or cruel treatment to an elder or dependent adult.
§ 2.55	Financial exploitation of a vulnerable person	F4	Through deception, intimidation, undue influence, or breach of trust, obtains or misuses property of an elder or dependent adult. F3 if value is $25,000 or more.
§ 2.56	Violation of a protection order	M1	Knowingly violates a served domestic-violence, stalking, harassment, or no-contact order. Threats, forced entry, or assault make the offense F5 in addition to other charges.
§ 2.57	Contributing to delinquency of a minor	M1	Knowingly causes, encourages, or aids a minor to commit a crime, habitually evade lawful custody, or enter a prohibited premises.
§ 2.58	Furnishing dangerous items to a minor	F5	Knowingly provides a firearm, destructive device, hard controlled substance, or unlawfully obtained vehicle to a minor without lawful authority.

Chapter 2F — Threats, stalking, harassment, and privacy

Section	Offense	Grade	Elements
§ 2.60	Harassment	M3	With intent to harass, annoy, alarm, or torment, repeatedly communicates, follows, or engages in conduct serving no legitimate purpose after clear notice to stop.
§ 2.61	Stalking	M1	Engages in a repeated course of conduct that would cause a reasonable person to fear injury, kidnapping, property damage, or substantial emotional distress.
§ 2.62	Aggravated stalking	F4	Stalking while armed, in violation of an order, against a child, or accompanied by a credible threat of death or serious injury.
§ 2.63	Criminal threat	M1	Communicates a credible threat to commit violence, under circumstances causing reasonable sustained fear. Threat of mass violence or use of a destructive device is F4.
§ 2.64	Coercion	F5	By unlawful threat, compels or attempts to compel another to act, refrain from acting, surrender a legal right, or provide a benefit.
§ 2.65	Doxxing with malicious intent	M1	Knowingly publishes private identifying or location information without lawful purpose and with intent that another be harassed, threatened, or harmed. Serious resulting harm is F4.
