CR-400 — Fair Play, Exploits, Streaming & Whitelist

CR-401 — Cheats and unauthorized tools

Do not use, possess for use on Stratos RP, distribute, or help another person use software or hardware that provides an unfair or unauthorized advantage.

Prohibited tools include mod menus, code injectors, aim assistance, ESP or wall vision, resource scanners, packet manipulation, recoil or movement automation, combat macros, auto-clickers, and client modifications that reveal hidden information or bypass intended limitations.

Ordinary recording software, approved visual replacements, and accessibility tools that do not create an advantage are permitted. When an accessibility tool could automate input or expose information, obtain written staff approval before using it.

Possession accompanied by activation, configuration for Stratos RP, testing on the server, or evidence of use may be enforced as cheating even if no successful advantage is proven.

CR-410 — Bugs, exploits, and safe harbor

An exploit is knowingly using a bug, unintended mechanic, map defect, timing issue, or system interaction to gain value, information, access, immunity, duplication, escape, or another advantage.

When you discover a possible exploit:

1. Stop using it as soon as you recognize the unintended effect.
2. Do not repeat it to confirm, profit, teach others, or create content.
3. Preserve a concise description, approximate time, and relevant clip or screenshot.
4. Report it privately through the official support route.
5. Do not publish reproduction steps until administration confirms the issue is safe to disclose.

A player receives good-faith safe-harbor consideration when the discovery is reported promptly, the player did not seek or retain a benefit, and the player cooperates with correction. Safe harbor does not protect deliberate exploitation, distribution, concealment, or continued use after discovery.

Administration may remove duplicated or unintended gains without treating the correction itself as discipline.

CR-420 — Economy, property, and account integrity

• Do not duplicate assets, farm a broken reward, launder exploit proceeds, or conceal unintended gains.
• Do not move assets between your own characters, use a third party to do so, or create a character primarily to enrich another character.
• Real-money trading, selling in-game assets or access, and exchanging Stratos RP value for outside goods or services are prohibited unless administration operates and clearly authorizes the transaction.
• Do not transfer property to evade a reset, seizure, suspension, ban, or approved story consequence.
• Account sharing, sale, rental, and credential transfer are prohibited. You are responsible for securing your account and promptly reporting suspected compromise.

CR-430 — Streaming, recording, and privacy

Streaming and recording are permitted subject to these rules.

• Use a delay of at least 120 seconds while participating in active criminal, law-enforcement, pursuit, raid, competitive-event, or other outcome-sensitive scenes.
• Noncompetitive civilian roleplay may be streamed in real time when it does not expose protected information or another active scene.
• Do not display private staff channels, tickets, applications, credentials, personal information, or restricted operational material.
• Do not watch or relay another participant's live stream to gain scene information. Stream sniping is metagaming and may also be treated as coordinated cheating.
• A recording may be used as out-of-character evidence. It does not become in-character knowledge merely because it exists.
• If another participant makes a reasonable privacy request concerning out-of-character personal information, remove or obscure that information from future publication where practical.

The streamer or uploader is responsible for the information broadcast from their account, including overlays and voice channels they control.

CR-440 — Whitelist and access expectations

• One person may hold one whitelist account unless administration grants a written exception.
• Applications must be substantially accurate and completed by the applicant. Coaching may explain rules but may not supply false answers or impersonate the applicant.
• Whitelist access is continuing permission, not ownership. It may be reviewed for conduct, account security, or inactivity.
• After 60 consecutive days without server activity, an account may be marked inactive. The player may request reactivation through support without a new full application when there is no unresolved discipline or material rules change.
• After 180 consecutive days of inactivity, administration may require a rules check or new application before reactivation.
• Department, command, specialist, staff, and restricted-system permissions are separate from the general whitelist and may have their own activity and training requirements.
• Do not share, sell, rent, lend, or transfer access. Do not create or use another account to evade an inactivity review, restriction, suspension, or ban.
• Administration may temporarily suspend access while investigating credible cheating, compromise, ban evasion, or immediate safety concerns.
